Updated Enrichment Framework
We've updated how we teach the Pet Harmony Enrichment Framework! Emily is already using those updates in her Applied Enrichment Office Hours.
Real-time case shadowing
Emily has a client who is getting free sessions in exchange for allowing PETPros to shadow the sessions. Sit in on live sessions, watching Emily work with a client, followed by a debriefing session to talk about what just happened.
Annual Planning
You may have participated in this in past years, but this year's is shaping up to be even better. Get your 2027 planned so you're ready to hit the ground running next year!
Sprints
We identified a few areas where PETPros could use additional focus and support, so Ellen added optional quarterly sprints! Think of these like extra courses only available to PETPro members.

You get to pick your mentor. Usually we match you behind the scenes. This round, if you rejoin with coaching calls, you get to choose between Allie, Emily, or Tiffany.
P.S. Allie only has 3 spots, first come, first served, so if that's the deciding factor for you, don't sit on it too long.
The Case Observation Sprint is already covered. It's part of your program payment, not an add-on. Community-only members can join the sprint too, but they're paying extra for it.
